Bread Batter:

- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- ¼ cup granulated sugar

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line a 9×5-inch loaf pan with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix eggs, milk, melted butter, and vanilla until smooth.
- Gradually combine wet ingredients with dry, mixing until just combined (do not overmix).
- In a small bowl, mix cinnamon and sugar for the swirl.
- Pour half the batter into the loaf pan. Sprinkle half the cinnamon-sugar mixture evenly.
- Add remaining batter and top with the rest of the cinnamon-sugar. Swirl gently with a knife.
- Bake 50–60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Cool in pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack. Slice and serve.
