Description
A refreshing, naturally sweet non-alcoholic sangria made with fresh fruit, pomegranate juice, orange juice, berry seltzer, and rosemary perfect for parties, brunches, or a guilt-free daily treat. No added sugar, easy to make, and bursting with flavor.
Ingredients
– 1 orange, halved and sliced
– 1 small Gala apple, halved, cored, and sliced
– 1 large lemon, sliced
– 4 rosemary sprigs (plus extra for garnish)
– 3½ cups pomegranate juice
– ½ cup orange juice
– 2 cans (12 oz each) berry-flavored seltzer
– Ice, for serving
Instructions
- Slice the orange, apple, and lemon into thin pieces.
- Place the fruit slices and 4 rosemary sprigs into a large pitcher.
- Gently muddle the fruit and rosemary with a wooden spoon to release juices and fragrant oils.
- Add pomegranate juice and orange juice to the pitcher. Stir to combine.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to meld.
- Just before serving, pour in the berry-flavored seltzer and stir gently.
- Serve chilled over ice, garnished with additional rosemary sprigs or fruit slices.
Notes
– For sweeter flavor, swap apple with mango or grapes.
– Add mint or thyme for extra herbal depth.
– Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days—remove fruit after 12 hours to prevent browning.
– Always add seltzer just before serving to maintain fizz.
– Do not freeze, fresh fruit and carbonation don’t hold well.
– To make alcoholic: add white wine or sparkling wine.
