- 2 tablespoons fresh sage, chopped
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 lemon, halved

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Pat the turkey breast dry with paper towels.
- In a small bowl, combine olive oil, chopped herbs, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Loosen the skin of the turkey and rub the herb mixture underneath and over the skin.
- Place turkey breast in a roasting pan, breast-side up. Stuff cavity with lemon halves.
- Roast for 1 hour 15 minutes to 1 hour 45 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) in the thickest part.
- Let rest for 15 minutes before slicing and serving.
