Description

Cinnamon Roll Bliss Bars are decadent dessert bars with a buttery graham cracker crust, creamy cheesecake filling, gooey cinnamon swirls, and a sweet glaze. Easy to make with no yeast required, they’re perfect for parties, brunches, or anytime you crave a cinnamon roll-inspired treat.

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 6 tablespoons melted butter

Cheesecake Filling:

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened (or dairy-free alternative)
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 large egg (or ¼ cup applesauce for vegan)

Cinnamon Swirl:

  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Glaze:

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 23 tablespoons milk (or almond/oat milk)
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×9-inch pan with parchment paper.
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press evenly into pan. Bake 8–10 minutes until golden.
  3. In a bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, and egg (or applesauce). Spread evenly over crust.
  4. Mix melted butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Drizzle over filling. Swirl with a knife.
  5. Bake 25–30 minutes, until center is set and edges are golden.
  6. Cool completely, then chill 1–2 hours.
  7. Whisk powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla into a glaze. Drizzle over chilled bars.
  8. Slice and serve.
