Description

Cheesy Spinach Artichoke Dip Sliders are soft, buttery, bite-sized sandwiches filled with creamy spinach-artichoke dip and gooey melted cheese. These sliders make the ultimate party appetizer or game-day snack easy to prepare, crowd-pleasing, and bursting with flavor. Perfect for holidays, potlucks, or casual gatherings, they deliver all the comfort of a classic spinach-artichoke dip in a warm, handheld form.

Ingredients

Scale

For the Filling:

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon nutmeg
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 8 oz frozen spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 cup chopped artichoke hearts
  • 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese (divided)

For the Topping:

  • 3 tablespoons melted butter
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

For Assembly:

  • 1 (12-count) package Hawaiian slider buns

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Make the filling: In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, Parmesan, garlic powder, nutmeg, salt, and cayenne pepper until smooth.
  3. Stir in spinach, artichoke hearts, and 1 cup mozzarella cheese.
  4. Assemble the sliders: Slice slider buns horizontally, keeping tops and bottoms connected. Spread filling evenly over the bottom layer, sprinkle with remaining ½ cup mozzarella, and place the top buns on.
  5. Brush the topping: Mix melted butter with Parmesan cheese and brush over the tops of the buns.
  6. Bake for 15–20 minutes, covered with foil for the first 10 minutes, then uncovered until golden and bubbly.
  7. Let cool slightly before slicing and serving warm.

Notes

  • Drain spinach and artichokes well to prevent soggy buns.
  • Add diced jalapeños, roasted red peppers, or caramelized onions for variety.
  • To reheat, warm in the oven at 350°F until heated through; avoid microwaving.
  • Assemble ahead of time and refrigerate (unbaked) for up to 24 hours.
