Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Make the filling: In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, Parmesan, garlic powder, nutmeg, salt, and cayenne pepper until smooth.
- Stir in spinach, artichoke hearts, and 1 cup mozzarella cheese.
- Assemble the sliders: Slice slider buns horizontally, keeping tops and bottoms connected. Spread filling evenly over the bottom layer, sprinkle with remaining ½ cup mozzarella, and place the top buns on.
- Brush the topping: Mix melted butter with Parmesan cheese and brush over the tops of the buns.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes, covered with foil for the first 10 minutes, then uncovered until golden and bubbly.
- Let cool slightly before slicing and serving warm.
