Description

Berry Chantilly Tiramisu is a refreshing no-bake dessert that layers fluffy chantilly cream, juicy fresh berries, and ladyfingers soaked in berry syrup. Perfect for summer gatherings or special occasions, this twist on the classic tiramisu offers a light, elegant, and crowd-pleasing treat with minimal effort.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup fresh mixed berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries)
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 package ladyfingers (sponge cake)
  • Additional fresh berries (for layering and garnish)
  • Optional: mint leaves or edible flowers for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, combine 1 cup fresh mixed berries, 1/4 cup sugar, and 1/4 cup water. Simmer until the berries soften and the syrup thickens slightly. Strain if desired and let cool.
  2. In a chilled bowl, whip heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
  3. Briefly dip ladyfingers into the cooled berry syrup and arrange them in a serving dish or individual glasses.
  4. Spread a layer of chantilly cream over the ladyfingers, followed by fresh berries.
  5. Repeat layers, finishing with chantilly cream.
  6. Garnish with berries, mint leaves, or edible flowers.
  7. Chill for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.

Notes

  • Avoid over-soaking ladyfingers to prevent sogginess.
  • For added flavor, stir in citrus zest or a splash of liqueur into the syrup.
  • Can be made with frozen berries (thaw and drain first).
  • Store in the fridge for up to 3 days or freeze for longer storage.
