Description

Air Fried Turkey Breast is a lean, protein-packed dish that delivers crispy skin and juicy meat with minimal oil. Quick, healthy, and versatile, it’s perfect for weeknight dinners, meal prep, or even holiday gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 bone-in or boneless turkey breast
  • 12 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp dried thyme or rosemary
  • Optional: 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • Optional: 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • Optional: 1 tbsp honey or mustard

Instructions

  1. Pat turkey breast dry with paper towels.
  2. Rub with olive oil and season generously with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and herbs.
  3. (Optional) Marinate with lemon juice, soy sauce, honey, or mustard for 30 minutes or overnight.
  4. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  5. Place turkey breast in the air fryer basket, leaving space for air circulation.
  6. Cook 20–25 minutes for boneless or 30–35 minutes for bone-in, flipping halfway if needed.
  7. Check internal temperature with a meat thermometer (should reach 165°F).
  8. Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

  • Brining for 2–4 hours before cooking makes the turkey extra juicy.
  • Baste with olive oil or butter during cooking for added flavor.
  • Store leftovers in the fridge for 3 days or freeze up to 3 months.
