- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp dried thyme or rosemary
- Optional: 2 tbsp lemon juice
- Optional: 1 tbsp soy sauce
- Optional: 1 tbsp honey or mustard
Instructions
- Pat turkey breast dry with paper towels.
- Rub with olive oil and season generously with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and herbs.
- (Optional) Marinate with lemon juice, soy sauce, honey, or mustard for 30 minutes or overnight.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Place turkey breast in the air fryer basket, leaving space for air circulation.
- Cook 20–25 minutes for boneless or 30–35 minutes for bone-in, flipping halfway if needed.
- Check internal temperature with a meat thermometer (should reach 165°F).
- Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
- Brining for 2–4 hours before cooking makes the turkey extra juicy.
- Baste with olive oil or butter during cooking for added flavor.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for 3 days or freeze up to 3 months.
