Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) or preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Mash the banana in a mixing bowl until smooth.
- Add the almond flour or oat flour; mix until a soft, sticky dough forms.
- Add cinnamon or vanilla extract if desired.
- Roll dough into 1-inch balls.
- Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake: 10–12 minutes
OR Air-fry: 6–8 minutes until golden brown. - Allow to cool slightly, then roll in coconut sugar, cinnamon, or shredded coconut if desired.
Notes
- Add more flour if the dough feels too sticky.
- Customize with chocolate chips, nuts, dried fruit, or spices.
- For gluten-free, use almond flour or gluten-free oat flour.
