Description

Soft, bite-sized donut holes made with only three simple ingredients ripe banana, almond flour or oat flour, and optional cinnamon or vanilla. Healthy, quick, kid-friendly, and perfect for breakfast, snacks, or dessert.


Ingredients

  • 1 large ripe banana, mashed
  • 1 cup almond flour or oat flour
  • Optional: 1 teaspoon cinnamon or vanilla extract

Optional coatings:

  • Coconut sugar
  • Cinnamon
  • Shredded coconut

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) or preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mash the banana in a mixing bowl until smooth.
  3. Add the almond flour or oat flour; mix until a soft, sticky dough forms.
  4. Add cinnamon or vanilla extract if desired.
  5. Roll dough into 1-inch balls.
  6. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  7. Bake: 10–12 minutes
    OR Air-fry: 6–8 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Allow to cool slightly, then roll in coconut sugar, cinnamon, or shredded coconut if desired.

Notes

  • Add more flour if the dough feels too sticky.
  • Customize with chocolate chips, nuts, dried fruit, or spices.
  • For gluten-free, use almond flour or gluten-free oat flour.
